The services of this Site are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law, and thus, are not available to minors. By using this Site, you represent that you are of sufficient legal age to use this Site and to create binding legal obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this Site. You also warrant that you are legally authorized to make reservations for either yourself or for another person for whom you are authorized to act.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Central Hotels reserves the right at any time, without prior notice or compensation, to change the content of the website pages and any of the terms and conditions, to shut down the Web site www.central-hotels.net or the online reservation section temporarily or permanently.
Central Hotels is not responsible for damages of any nature that may result from these changes and/or temporary unavailability or even the permanent shutdown of all or part of the site or services associated therewith, such as the online reservation section.
GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS
When you make a booking, your contract (which includes these terms and conditions) will be with Central Hotels. All rates are subject to availability, all bookings are taken at the discretion of Central Hotels.
Check-in time is from 14:00 & check-out at 12:00. After that time, the hotel may charge 50% of the full accommodation rate for the additional use of the room until 6:00 p.m. After 6:00 p.m. the hotel will charge 100 %of the full accommodation rate.
Note that children age 12 and older are charged the adult rate. Please include them in the number entered in the No. of Adults box.
Central Hotels will send to you an e-mail message in step 5 of the reservation process, summarizing the reservation validated by the Customer and confirming its receipt by the reservation site www.central-hotels.net
All rates quoted are per room per night in local currency, are subject to availability and exclusive of Tax & Service charge.

SPECIAL OFFERS & PROMOTIONS
We may provide information regarding special offers or promotions, which we are conducting, available on the web sites. Any such offer or promotion is subject to the specific terms, conditions and restrictions listed on the web sites in connection with such offer or promotion. We reserve the right to alter or withdraw any offer or promotion at any time. Each offer and promotion is void where prohibited by law. Please refer to and read carefully the terms, conditions and restrictions included on each offer or promotion.
You will be asked to guarantee your booking with a debit or credit card including your 3 digit security code. We accept VISA and, MASTER credit cards.
A full non-refundable, non-transferable payment is required for promotional, seasonal and advance purchase rates at the time of booking.
If pre-payment is not required then payment is due on departure from the hotel. On arrival at the hotel, all reservations will require a pre-authorization with a credit card or cash deposit to cover incidentals during your stay.
Should you wish to change an existing reservation, you are required to cancel the existing booking and proceed to create a new reservation.
Please cancel any bookings made online via www.central-hotels.net. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours prior to arrival or in case of no-show, one night-stay per room will be charged on your credit card.

Central Hotels cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance or prompt performance of the contract is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the destruction or damage of your accommodation (which cannot reasonably be remedied to a satisfactory standard before the start of your holiday) through fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
